“ Consistently Outstanding – A Hidden Gem on Hanbury Street I’ve been a regular customer at Wok N Roll for quite some time now, and I honestly feel it’s long overdue that I properly acknowledge just how fantastic this place is. From the very first visit to my most recent one, the food has never once disappointed. It’s always fresh, flavourful, and perfectly prepared – consistently amazing every single time. What truly sets Wok N Roll apart, though, is the impeccable service. Every visit feels personal, warm, and welcoming. A special mention has to go to Masum, who always goes above and beyond to make sure we’re comfortable and happy. No request is ever too much – he’s attentive, friendly, and has a natural way of making guests feel genuinely valued. Whether it's a quick dinner or a relaxed evening out, the team makes every experience a great one. The service is as consistent as the food – top-tier, every time. I regret not taking photos of the food during my last visit, but I do have from a previous one that captures of the restaurant. “ 4.5 Price/Value: quite on the inexpensive end, especially for central London. 10-ish for the mains. Ambience/Athmosphere: small restaurant, modern and to some degree creative interior design. Located in a quiet side street in white chapel. Food: mainly Thai cuisine (including different curries, rice and noodle items), with a selection of sushi. Drinks: small selections of cocktails and mocktails, typical beverages otherwise. Staff: very friendly and excited about their restaurant. Constantly checking in, whether you need something else and whether you enjoy your meal. Free drinks on the house. Probably a little biased, cause we got invited to some drinks, but the venue really lived up to our expectations. Can recommend to go here for both a quick bite or a proper dinner/lunch. ”

“ My friend (who’s been here ten times) took me here for the first time, and it certainly won’t be my last. I’m not usually a huge fan of sushi, but the sushi here was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth delectable — I’m still thinking about it two days later. The menu’s well thought out with much to choose from. The presentation and quality is superb and the sushi and Thai curries are packed with flavour, not to mention the value for money (eight, large pieces per dish for a reasonably cheap price). The ambience was very pleasant and the service we received was 10/10- the staff were friendly, polite and even gave us complementary drinks (don’t get me started on the tastiness of their mocktails!)
